Languages
English + Turkish
Fluent Turkish and good English; German is a genuine advantage on this network and is sought in dedicated German-speaking intakes.
Education
Minimum high school diploma.

Medical, swimming & documents
Able to swim; height-weight proportion check; right to work in Türkiye for Turkish-based positions; aviation medical required.
Work rights matter here
SunExpress expects the right to work in Türkiye for. Without it, applications are usually filtered out before assessment regardless of how strong the rest of your profile is.

SunExpress measures reach rather than height alone: you must touch 212 cm, with a minimum height of 160 cm. Practise against a wall on tiptoes before the assessment day.
