Fluent Turkish and English for the main pool (minimum ~B2 English tested); foreign-national intakes require English plus the target route language.
Education
Minimum high school; associate or bachelor's degree strengthens applications.

Turkish Airlines measures reach rather than height alone: you must touch 212 cm, with a minimum height of 160 cm. Practise against a wall on tiptoes before the assessment day.
Can you join Turkish Airlines cabin crew with tattoos?
No tattoos, scars or marks visible in uniform (short-sleeve check applies). Covered tattoos are not a problem; anything showing in uniform is.
What age do you need to be to apply to Turkish Airlines?
