About
Built for the crew, by people who love this world
CabinCrewStar exists because the information cabin crew actually need was scattered across forums, outdated blogs and glassy corporate pages. We put it in one place — structured, honest and comparable.
Every airline profile on this site follows the same structure: real salary ranges, the requirements that actually filter candidates, accommodation and base life, roster reality, benefits and a career path — so you can compare Emirates with Delta with Turkish Airlines on equal terms. Today that covers 59 airlines, 19 career guides, 26 layover city guides and a growing set of crew tools that run entirely in your browser.
How we work
Salary figures are independent estimates compiled from collective agreements, public reporting and crew-shared accounts — never official airline data, and we label them that way. Crew ratings are editorial scores until our verified crew review system launches, at which point real crew take over. When a policy changes (tattoo rules relax, a contract lands), we update the profile.
The game
We also make Cabin Crew Star, a cabin-service game for iOS that shares this site's spirit and design language — free, offline and ad-free.
