Tattoos must not be visible in uniform. Like most of the 59 airlines we index, nothing may show while you are in uniform.
Languages
English + Spanish
Fluent Spanish and conversational-to-fluent English; English is essential for long-haul bidding.
Education
Completed secondary education; a Colombian civil aviation (UAEAC) cabin crew licence is required or obtained through training.

Medical, swimming & documents
Right to work in Colombia (or El Salvador for that base), swimming ability, aeromedical certificate, and flexibility for night, weekend and holiday flying.
Work rights matter here
Avianca expects the right to work in Colombia. Without it, applications are usually filtered out before assessment regardless of how strong the rest of your profile is.
