- Clean, neat and short enough for safe service, in a conservative finish.
- Glasses & contacts
- Avianca does not publish a spectacle rule; the aeromedical certificate covers corrected vision. Plain frames are unremarkable.

- Avianca publishes no piercing count. Discreet earlobe studs are the safe assumption for the assessment day.
- Jewellery
