Nosebleeds in the cabin, is this normal and what stops them?

#2 Common in the first months. Saline nasal spray before and during, a little balm inside the nostrils, hydration, and a humidifier in the room at home. It settles as the membranes adapt. If it continues for months, a doctor, but usually it stops.
