Lufthansa CityLine and Discover as the door into the group

For non German speakers or people not yet at B2: Lufthansa CityLine (regional, Munich and Frankfurt) and Discover Airlines (leisure long haul) have their own recruitment with slightly different language expectations, and experience there is respected when applying to mainline later. Eurowings too. They are not a back door, they are their own airlines, but the group experience helps.
