Skin at 10% humidity, the routine that stopped my breakouts and dry patches

Etihad long-haul turned my skin into a desert with acne, which felt unfair. What fixed it after a year of trial:

    - Heavier moisturiser than on the ground before every flight, ceramides or squalane, reapplied on ULR.
    - SPF 30+ daily, even on night sectors (the daytime ones at altitude are real UV).
    - Contact lenses out on night sectors, glasses in the cabin bag.
    - Lip balm and hand cream in the uniform pocket, not the bag.
    - Saline nasal spray before and during flight.
    - Water: about 250 ml per flying hour.

Biggest change: I stopped touching my face during service.

Adding: a barrier balm on cheekbones for the ultra-long-haul sectors, and never sleeping in makeup in crew rest, the two minutes to remove it are worth it.

The nasal spray tip is underrated. Fewer nosebleeds and fewer colds in my experience.
