Skincare in a Gulf summer versus a Scandinavian winter, what changes

#1 Swedish, considering the Gulf. My skin routine is built for dry cold. What do Gulf crew change for the heat plus the cabin dryness combination?

#2 Cabin dryness is the same everywhere, so the in flight routine stays: heavy moisturiser before flight, lip balm, hand cream, SPF. The Gulf summer adds: lighter textures on the ground, SPF 50 not 30, more water than you think, and the air conditioning in the buildings is as drying as the cabin, so the moisturiser never stops. Canadian here, my skin adjusted in about three months.
