Pegasus: Sabiha Gokcen base, mostly turnarounds, sales commission, faster recruitment, very sensible as a first step. AJet: THY group's low cost, growing fast, somewhere between the two. Experience at any of the three counts at the others. If long haul is the dream, THY. If you want to fly next month, Pegasus or AJet.

#2 Agree. Many of my friends moved from Pegasus to THY and the experience counted as a plus at the interview.
