#2 Half a day: reach and document check, a group exercise (customer scenario, 8 people), a short role-play with an assessor playing a difficult passenger, and an individual interview. The role-play is where BA differs, stay calm, acknowledge the passenger's feelings, offer a solution, involve a senior if needed. Cuts happen at the group and the role-play; the interview is usually the confirmation.
