Turkish Airlines assessment: the presentation task, what did you talk about?

#1 Heard the THY assessment includes a short presentation about yourself or a topic. What do they give you and what worked?

#2 In our round it was two minutes on "introduce yourself and why Turkish Airlines", in English, standing in front of the group. What worked: a clear structure (who I am, what I've done in service, why THY specifically, one personal story), calm pace, eye contact around the room. What didn't: memorised speeches delivered at speed, and generic "I love travelling" openings.

#3 Mine was the same. I mentioned a specific flight I took with them and the crew who impressed me, the interviewers smiled at that.
