Pegasus expects neat, consistent grooming that holds across a multi-sector low-cost day, and runs a proportion and grooming evaluation as a formal step in the assessment centre. The manual itself is not published.

- Hair
- Worn up, secured and off the collar in a natural colour. Pegasus does not publish a list of permitted styles; the practical standard is a bun that survives four sectors without attention.
- Make-up
- Not published. Female crew wear an understated, uniform-coordinated face, and the approved standard is issued during initial training at the Pegasus training centre rather than in advance.
- Facial hair
- No published rule. Clean-shaven is the conventional Turkish carrier expectation for male crew and what the assessment centre grooming evaluation looks for; confirm on the day.
- Nails
- Short, clean and neutral. There are no published shade or length limits, and long extensions are impractical on a sales-heavy turnaround operation in any case.
- Glasses & contacts
- Pegasus publishes no eyewear rule. Plain prescription frames are unremarkable on the line, and a spare pair is sensible given the sector count.
- Piercings
- Not published. One pair of small plain earrings for female crew and none for male crew is the Turkish carrier baseline the uniform standard assumes.
- Jewellery
- Minimal and plain — a watch and a simple ring. No published list exists, so leave decorative pieces out of the assessment centre.
- Tattoos in uniform
- Nothing may be visible in uniform, checked against the short-sleeved uniform shirt rather than a plaster applied on the day. Forearm, wrist, hand, lower-leg, neck and face designs will not pass; covered placements are unaffected.
- Headscarf
- Pegasus does not publish a headscarf policy for cabin crew. Ask recruitment during an intake rather than assuming a position either way.
- Uniform
- A practical uniform in the airline's own identity, built for a high-frequency single-aisle operation out of Sabiha Gökçen and issued at the Pegasus training centre. The standard for how it is worn is taught alongside it.
- Weight & proportion
- Pegasus requires height and weight to be in proportion and checks it at the assessment centre, alongside medical certification at an authorised aviation medical centre. No BMI band or weight figure is published.
