Tattoos
Nothing visible in uniform
No tattoos visible in uniform; tattoos coverable by the uniform are acceptable, visible hand, neck or face tattoos are not. Like most of the 59 airlines we index, nothing may show while you are in uniform.
Languages
English + Spanish
Fluent Spanish and English required; French, Portuguese, German and Italian valued.
Education
Bachillerato or equivalent secondary education; EU Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA/TCP certificate) usually required before joining.

Medical, swimming & documents
EU right to work in Spain, ability to swim, and medical certificate; prior TCP course completion is the norm for Spanish applicants.
Work rights matter here
Iberia expects the right to work in Spain. Without it, applications are usually filtered out before assessment regardless of how strong the rest of your profile is.
