Etihad salary and benefits 2026, anyone with recent numbers?
-
#1 Emirates and Qatar numbers are everywhere, Etihad less so. What does a first-year Etihad crew member actually earn, and what's included?
-
#2 Tax-free AED, roughly: basic around 4,000-4,500, flying pay per hour that on a normal 80-95 hour month brings the total to around 9,500-12,000 depending on layovers and allowances. Housing provided (shared), transport to work, medical, annual leave ticket. It's slightly under Emirates on paper; the cost of living and the community make up some of it.
-
#3 Worth noting Etihad has been growing again since 2023 and the roster mix has more long-haul than a few years ago, which lifts the allowances.
