Etihad recruitment 2026: assessment stages and how it differs from Emirates/Qatar

#1 Joined Etihad in 2022, and the process has stayed broadly the same for friends joining recently:
1. Online application + short video interview.
2. Assessment day (Abu Dhabi or a city near you): reach 212 cm, document check, English assessment, group exercise.
3. Final interview, often the next day.
4. Offer within 3-6 weeks, then medical and visa processing.Main difference from the big two: smaller intake, so the assessment days are more personal and the crew community in Abu Dhabi is tighter. The fleet is 787/A350/A380-returning, so training is wide-body from day one.

#2 Confirming the structure for the Beirut assessment this year, same four stages, final interview the next morning. Call came in 4 weeks.
