- Basic around 4,500-5,000
- Flying pay about 55-60 per block hour, 75-95 hours → 4,500-5,500
- Layover allowances vary by destination, a heavy month adds 1,200-2,000Net in the bank roughly 10,500-12,500 QAR for economy/business grade crew, housing and transport provided. Pursers and above higher. It has improved since the 2022 adjustments but it is not the numbers some TikToks claim.
