Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy, the training everyone in the Gulf respects

Asked around before my Qatar application because so many Ethiopian crew are in Doha. From what they say: Ethiopian trains at its own academy in Addis, a long programme, and hires Ethiopian nationals primarily. The network is huge for an African carrier. The crew who move to the Gulf after a few years are very well prepared. For West Africans the door is harder because of nationality, but for Ethiopians it is one of the best starts on the continent.
