Avianca recruitment in Colombia, what the assessment looks like

#1 For the Colombians: I went to the Avianca assessment in Bogota last month. Reach test, documents, written English test, a group exercise on a service case, a short individual interview. They asked a lot about base and schedule availability. Around 60 people, 10 of us left for the final stage. Waiting for an answer. If anyone already works at Avianca, what is the first year like?
