KLM Cityhopper and Transavia as routes into KLM, does it work?
-
#1 KLM purser here. Dutch is required at KLM mainline and that is not going to change. For people not yet at a working level, or who want to fly sooner: Transavia (KLM's leisure airline) and KLM Cityhopper (regional) have their own recruitment with slightly different language expectations, and experience there is respected when applying to mainline. Several colleagues came that way. Not a back door, but a real route.

#2 Transavia France is the same story on the French side, with Air France as the later step for some.
