ITA Airways after Alitalia, is it a good place to start in Italy?

Two years at ITA after the end of Alitalia. For anyone in Italy wondering if it is worth it: the airline is growing again, long haul from Fiumicino to the Americas and Asia is back, contracts are Italian with collective agreement protection. Salaries are not Gulf money but life is in Rome and you go home. Recruitment opens in phases, Italian and English required. If you want to fly right away, maybe go through Wizz or Ryanair in Rome first and come here later.

Many Wizz Rome crew have ITA as the next step. Good to have it confirmed from inside.
