Riyadh Air first cohort, salary and housing package finally explained

Now that I have the contract I can say roughly: tax free salary competitive with the Gulf majors for equivalent grades, housing allowance rather than provided accommodation for most grades, transport, medical, annual leave ticket. The airline wants experienced crew so the package is pitched at them. The trade off is a new airline with things still being built. For me that is the attraction. For someone who wants a settled system, wait a year or two.
