#1 Malaysian here in training. SIA hires a lot from the region. The differences for foreign hires: work pass sponsored, a housing element in the contract, and the same training as locals. The batch is very mixed. Language plus points for Bahasa, Mandarin, Tagalog on the regional routes. If you are in the region and have the diploma, SIA is more reachable than people think.
