Uniform and grooming disciplinary, what counts as a warning?

#2 Purser: a single note is a note. Repeated notes on the same thing after being told is a warning. Nails, hair colour, uniform condition, jewellery. Nobody gets a warning for one bad hair day. People get warnings for ignoring the feedback three times. Fix it when told and it never becomes formal.
