#1 Four years, airBaltic. All A220, which is a lovely aircraft to work. Riga base plus Tallinn and Vilnius, network across Europe, some longer ones. Pay is Baltic market, the training is good, recruitment is regular and English focused. For people from the Baltics and Central Europe it is a solid start.
