#2 Dublin: HQ, big base, lots of training and support, expensive rent. Stansted: huge base, very busy, good for experience, London rent. Malta: sunny, cheap, year round base, small crew community, some crew love it and some feel stuck. For a first year, the big bases teach you the most. Choose Dublin or Stansted and go to Malta later if you still want sun.
