#2 Six months. What matters: attendance (sick days next to days off get noticed fast), punctuality to report, grooming, and passing your line checks. Normal: making service mistakes and being corrected, that is fine. Not normal: sick calls on layover days, arguing with pursers, social media in uniform. Keep it boring, get through it, and then you relax a little.
