Supernumerary flight tips, what does the assessing purser actually look for?

#1 First supernumerary next week. What does the purser actually look for on a sup flight?

#2 Purser here. I look for: on time, groomed, cross checks said aloud, asks before touching anything, smiles at passengers, does not hide in the galley, and can do the safety demo position without looking at the card. I do not look for perfect service. Nobody expects that on a sup.
