#2 Ex crew, now a nurse, so from both sides: get them seated or to a quiet spot, calm voice, slow their breathing with you, ask if they have medication or a history, inform the senior crew, and assess whether they are fit to fly before the doors close. Interviewers want to hear calm, procedure, and involving the senior. Not medical heroics.
