Interview by phone with Ryanair, unexpected call while I was at work

#1 Before my assessment I got a phone screening call at work with no warning. I stepped outside and did it in a car park. Is that normal? What do they ask?

#2 Normal, they call from the recruitment team to confirm availability, base flexibility, and a couple of basic questions. Two minutes. The car park is where half of us did it.
