Did badly in the role play at BA, will they still consider the interview?

#1 A friend did the BA assessment centre and feels she messed up the role play by talking too fast, but the interview went well. Do they weigh all stages equally or can one bad stage sink you?

#2 The scores are combined but the role play has a minimum threshold. Talking too fast is a minor note, not a fail, if she stayed polite and offered a solution. A genuine fail is losing your temper or ignoring the passenger. Tell her to wait for the email before assuming anything.
