Etihad assessment in London, the day and the questions

#1 Since I chose Etihad over Emirates on purpose and people ask, here is the London assessment as it was. Morning: documents, reach, quick English chat. Group task: design a new lounge experience. Then a short individual interview the same day for about half the room. Questions: why Etihad, a complaint story, relocation, and what I knew about Abu Dhabi. Call came in 28 days. Smaller and calmer than the Emirates events I had heard about.
