Can I apply to Emirates and Qatar at the same time?

#1 Is it a problem to have applications open with both at the same time? Do they know? Will one hold it against you?

#2 They do not share systems and they do not care. Everyone applies to all three Gulf carriers. If you get two offers, pick one and politely decline the other. Happens every week.

#3 I had Emirates and Qatar running at the same time. Qatar called first. Emirates called two weeks later and I said thank you but no. No drama.
