#2 The EU bases are under easyJet Europe (Austrian AOC) or easyJet Switzerland for Geneva, with local contracts and local pay scales. Geneva pays well because Geneva. Lisbon and Berlin have local scales that are decent for the city. The flying is the same, the contract is not. Ask about the scale for the specific base at the assessment, and the language expectation, some EU bases want the local language for announcements.
