1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why Qatar Airways?
3. A time you dealt with an angry customer.
4. A time you worked in a team with a difficult person.
5. What would you do if a passenger is smoking in the toilet?
6. How do you feel about living in Doha?
7. Any questions for us?Add yours with the airline so people can prepare.

#2 Emirates Bristol: tell me about yourself, why Emirates, a time you went beyond for a customer, a time you made a mistake, what would you do if a colleague is being unsafe, why should we hire you.

#3 Delta: tell me about a time you had to adapt quickly, a time you disagreed with a manager, why Delta, describe your customer service philosophy. Very behavioural.

#4 American: almost identical to Delta plus 'how would you handle a passenger who refuses to comply with a crew instruction'.

#5 BA: a time you handled a complaint, what does great service mean to you, how do you manage stress, availability and flexibility questions, and the role play separately.

#6 Ryanair: why Ryanair, are you happy to sell, are you happy to relocate, a time you handled pressure. Ten minutes. Done.

#7 SIA: a lot about family support, living in Singapore, how you handle criticism, your grooming routine, and hobbies. Less scenario, more about you as a person.

#8 Korean Air: why Korea, how you handle a passenger who does not speak your language, teamwork, and a question about your health and fitness routine.

#9 Etihad: why Etihad rather than the other two, a medical scenario on board, how you handle a colleague who is rude, living in Abu Dhabi.
