Reach test 212 cm, I'm 158 cm, is it possible?

#1 Emirates and Qatar want 212 cm on tiptoes. I'm 158 cm and measured 209 cm at home. Three centimetres short. Can this be trained or should I focus on airlines with 210 cm?

#2 I'm 159 cm and I passed 212 at Qatar. Two things: measure properly (fingertips, on tiptoes, reaching with the arm fully extended and shoulder up) and practise, shoulder mobility work for a month gave me almost 2 cm. Also, remove your socks at home; you'll be measured in whatever they allow on the day, usually with shoes off or flat shoes.

#3 And keep Wizz in the plan, 210 cm on tiptoes and no height minimum at all. Plenty of crew around 160 cm on our base.

#4 Remeasured with shoulder fully raised: 211. One more centimetre to find. Shoulder mobility routine starts tomorrow.
