Done with my Etihad final interview, writing the questions down while fresh:

    - Tell me about yourself in two minutes.
    - Why Etihad and not Emirates? (be careful here)
    - Describe a time you received a complaint you thought was unfair.
    - A passenger refuses to put their bag in the overhead bin. What do you do?
    - How would your last manager describe you?
    - How do you feel about living in Abu Dhabi for at least two years?

25 minutes, two interviewers, very friendly tone. Now the waiting.

The "why Etihad and not Emirates" question is the one that catches people. The good answer is about the airline (smaller crew community, Abu Dhabi lifestyle, the fleet, the brand), never a negative about Emirates. Sounds like you did fine. My golden call took 4 weeks.

For the bag scenario: polite request, explain the safety reason (turbulence, evacuation path), second request, then the senior crew member. Never grab the bag. If that's roughly what you said, you nailed it.

That's what I said almost word for word, the guides here helped. Update: got the call this morning. Training in November!
