What to bring to an Emirates / Qatar assessment day, checklist that saved me

#1 Made this list after nearly forgetting my education certificates. Everything in a slim folder:
- Printed CV ×3
- Passport + copy
- Full-length and passport photos, printed, to spec
- High school certificate (original or certified copy)
- Pen (they never have enough)
- Spare tights, hair pins, hairspray, lipstick
- Water and a small snack, 8 hours with no lunch break is normal
- Phone chargerWear the business dress you'd wear in the final interview from 08:00, because the Open Day can roll straight into assessments the same afternoon.

#2 Perfect list. I'd add: flat shoes in your bag for the walk there, heels on before you enter. And check your nails the night before, chipped polish is one of the silliest ways to lose a day.

#3 Snack advice is real. My Istanbul Open Day ran 08:00 to 15:30 with nothing but a water cooler.
