Wizz Air assessment day Kraków, group task, English test and the 2-hour wait

#1 Third Wizz assessment for me, first one where I made the final stage, so I'm sharing.
Around 40 candidates. Reach test 210 cm on tiptoes (no height minimum, which is why I'm here at 163 cm). Short English test, 15 minutes written. Group task: plan a charity event with a fixed budget, 8 people, 20 minutes, then a 2-minute presentation.
Then a 2-hour wait while they decided. 12 of us went to the individual interview: why Wizz, a time you handled a complaint, availability to relocate.
Offer email came 8 days later. Base: Warsaw. Training in 3 weeks.

#2 Congratulations and welcome! The relocation question matters more than people think, Wizz opens bases fast and a "yes, anywhere" gets you the offer over a "only Kraków".

#3 The no-height-minimum detail is gold, I had no idea. Does the 210 cm reach have to be flat-footed or tiptoes are officially allowed?

#4 Tiptoes officially allowed at Wizz, the assessor said it herself. Practise it at home against a wall, your reach improves with shoulder mobility.
