ATS keywords for cabin crew applications, do they really matter?

#1 Someone told me Wizz and Ryanair use software that scans CVs for keywords before a human sees them. Is that true and which words should I include? I don't want to keyword-stuff.
-
#2 True for the big low-cost carriers. The software checks hard requirements first (age, right to work, language, reach if you've entered it) and then a human skims. Mirror the job ad's own phrases naturally, "safety-conscious", "customer service", "teamwork", "flexible". Don't paste the ad in white text, modern parsers flag that and the recruiter will laugh.
Single-column layout, standard headings (Experience, Education, Languages). Fancy two-column templates break the parser.

#3 Ryanair-specific: the application form matters more than the CV. Fill every field, use the exact same dates as your CV, and put your languages with levels. Mismatches between form and CV are an automatic pause.
