Wizz roster explained: what a 'flexible' pattern means in real weeks

Now flying. For those asking me: Wizz is not the fixed 5 on 3 off of Ryanair. My first two months: blocks of four or five duties, mixed earlies and lates but never in the same block, two or three night stops a month at other bases, days off in twos and threes. Roster published about two weeks ahead. Around 9 days off. It works if you are flexible, it is hard if you have a fixed life.
