Can you fail training for grooming alone?

Warnings first, then a formal note, and yes, people have been removed for persistent grooming failures combined with attitude about it. On my course one person was sent home in week three, mostly for lateness but the grooming notes were on the file too. It is not a formality. Get the standard right on day one and it becomes automatic.

Qatar is the same. Daily check at the door of the training centre. The people who treat it as a game lose.
