#1 Promised an update. Week 1 induction and the new aircraft basics on the 787. Weeks 2 to 4 heavy SEP, doors on a brand new trainer, fire, first aid. Exams every second day, pass at 90. Because the airline is new, some procedures were updated mid course which was strange but the instructors were honest about it. Accommodation provided during training. Grooming assessed daily. Wet drill is week 6. Small cohorts, everyone knows everyone. Feels like a startup with jet engines.

#2 Reading this from my own cohort start next month. The 'procedures updated mid course' thing is exactly what I expected from a launch airline.
