Passport validity and dual nationality, which passport do I apply with?

#1 Chilean and Italian passports. Applying to LATAM (Chile) and to European carriers. Which one do I put on which application, and does it matter for the Gulf?

#2 For European carriers apply with the Italian one, it gives right to work and they will not sponsor a visa otherwise. For LATAM Chile the Chilean one obviously. For the Gulf either works, they sponsor the visa anyway, but keep both valid 12+ months and declare both, they ask.

#3 Same situation with Brazilian and Portuguese here. Portuguese for TAP, Brazilian for anything in Brazil. Declare both on the Gulf forms.
