Small scar on my face from a childhood accident, will it matter?

#1 I have a 3 cm scar on my cheek, not dramatic but visible. I keep reading about grooming standards and now I am worried. Does anyone know how airlines treat scars?

#2 Scars are not tattoos, nobody chose them. US and European carriers do not care at all. Gulf and Asian carriers look at overall presentation, and a small scar with neat grooming is a non issue. I flew with a colleague with a much bigger scar for years. Stop worrying about it and prepare the group exercise.

#3 Korean carriers are strict on grooming but scars are fine. Makeup can soften it if you want, nobody requires it.
