Panel interview with three recruiters at Lufthansa, how do you handle it?

#1 A colleague asked me to post this for her sister. At Lufthansa the final stage can be a panel of two or three people, partly in German. Her question is who to look at and how to manage it without seeming nervous.

#2 Look at the person who asked the question while you start the answer, then include the others with eye contact as you go, come back to the asker at the end. Don't try to please all three constantly, it looks jumpy. And the German part: they know you are a non native, they want to see you cope, not that you are perfect. A calm B2 with a smile beats a nervous C1.

#3 KLM does panels too. Same advice. And bring a small notebook, writing a word down when they ask a long question is fine and looks composed.
