Did the Singapore Airlines walk in this year, now in training, so here is the day.

Queued from 7.30. Height check and documents at the door. A group discussion in English, about 10 people, on a general topic, not aviation. Then a one to one interview with a lot of questions about grooming, family support and living in Singapore on a contract. Then the kebaya fitting, which is where a lot of people are quietly not called back. Then a management interview for those still there. I left at 8pm. Bring food, bring a spare pair of tights, and know your own weight and measurements because they ask.

Accurate. The fitting is the stage nobody talks about and it decides more than the interview does. Lily, welcome to the batch.

Interesting that they ask about family support. Japanese carriers ask the same, it's about whether you'll last the contract.
