Aer Lingus assessment day Dublin, what it looks like in 2026
-
#1 Since we get questions from the UK and Ireland: Aer Lingus runs a half day. Reach and documents, a group exercise with a customer scenario, a short role play with a difficult passenger, and an interview. The interview asks a lot about flexibility and Dublin base life because most joiners commute or relocate. Irish and EU right to work needed. Training in Dublin, transatlantic flying from year one for some, which is the main reason people choose us over the UK carriers.

#2 Half of Ryanair Dublin has applied to Aer Lingus at some point. The transatlantic from year one is a real pull.

#3 Didn't know they fly long haul that early. Adding to the list.
