Turkish Airlines assessment, the English test surprised everyone

#1 Friend went to the THY international assessment last month and said the English test was harder than she expected, written and then a spoken part with a native speaker. She is B2 and found it tight. Anyone who did it recently can describe it?

#2 It is a proper test, not a chat. Written part with grammar and a short essay, then a conversation with an assessor who pushes with follow up questions. B2 passes if you stay calm and keep talking. The people who struggle are the ones who prepared a speech and then got asked something else. Tell her to practise answering random questions out loud, not to memorise.

#3 The spoken part felt like the final interview to me. They ask about your day, your job, then suddenly a scenario. Just keep talking, silence is what they mark down.
