Because Wizz grows fast, senior cabin crew promotion is quicker than at most airlines. Typically after a year or so, based on checks, attendance and sales, you can apply for the SCC course. A week of training on leadership, briefings, paperwork, abnormal situations, then a check flight. It comes with a pay uplift and a lot more responsibility on the day.
